Yes, it totally depends on the person. If you have an autoimmune illness, you might want to limit those for a time. I struggle with dairy and gluten in my diet and I always feel bloated and uncomfortable whenever I consume it! Do you have any tips for what I can replace these things with in the recipes?

I am open to any suggestions! Have you tried added flaxseed and chia seed in for omega 3s? For choline rich foods, try eggs and mushrooms. Let me know how else I can help!
